Summary statistics are based on 15 microsatellite loci, both for (a) recently collected tsetse specimens and (b) flies collected for previous studies. N – number of individuals analyzed. Mean across all loci of AR – allelic richness, HO – observed heterozygosity, HE – expected heterozygosity and FIS – inbreeding coefficient. AR, HO, HE and FIS are reported for the dry and the wet season separately (seasonal), and for both seasons (total).
