HeLa cells were co-transfected with (A) LRP6-eYFP and Kremen1-mRFP WT or (B) LRP6-eYFP and Kremen1LV-AA-mRFP mutant. Cells were incubated in presence of pCS2-Dkk1-flag for 60 min at 37°C. Cells were permeabilized on ice before fixation for 1 min on ice; after washing cells were fixed to visualize under confocal microscopy. Scale bar 10 µm.
