WT (Oryza sativa cv. Kaybonnet) and OsMYB55 overexpression lines (OsMYB55-4 and OsMYB55-11) seeds were germinated and grown either at 28°C or 39°C for five days (A), and coleoptile lengths (B). Data are means ± SD (n = 3). Each replicate consisted of 25 seedlings. Starred high temperature bars indicate significant difference from WT grown at high temperature.
