Epinephrine conc., 100 μM; Dopamine conc., 200 μM; L-dopa conc., 300 μM.

Ptilomycalin A conc. ranges from (0 to 1 mM); NaN₃ conc. ranges from (0 to 3 mM). Inhibitors were incubated with the enzyme for 30 min prior to addition of the substrate.
