The suppressive effect of iTreg in cGVHD model with a lupus-like syndrome is almost completely dependent upon TGFβ and partially upon IL-10. 12 × 10⁶ fresh D2 CD4⁺ cells or together with 5 × 10⁶ iTreg or 5 × 10⁶ CD4_con were transferred into D2B6F1 mice (A and B), anti-TGFβ antibody or control IgG was co-administered in some groups (C).
