Adoptive transfer of iTreg to lupus mice suppresses the expansion of DCs and decreases their B7 expression. 12 × 106 fresh D2 CD4+ cells alone or together with 5 × 106 CD4con cells or iTreg were transferred into D2B6F1 mice.
