IL-2, TNF-α, TGF-β and IL-10 cytokine levels in the supernatant of MLR cultures in the presence of HSCs and T cells were measured by ELISA assays. Results are presented as mean ± SD and are representative of five independent experiments. TGF-β and IL-10 levels were notably higher in the tolerance group (*P<0.05).
