Body weights were measured weekly during the feeding period, and change in body weight from initial body weight was calculated (A). Body composition was measured by NMR at 0 and 4 weeks after the start of feeding, and change in fat mass was calculated (B). Voluntary physical activity was measured by recording wheel running in individually caged, chow-fed mice for 2 weeks (C).
