FasL is cleaved after E2 treatment. U2OS-ERα cells were transfected with Flag-vector alone (V), wildtype (WT) Flag-FasL or mutated Flag-FasL (ELAELR or SLELR) then treated with vehicle control (C) or 10 nM E2 for 24 hours.
