(B & D) Quantification of the Western blots for the relative expression of angiogenic receptors (B) and tight junction proteins (D). Cell-treated animals show enhanced expression of pVEGR2, Tie-2, claudin 5 and occludin, and this is blocked by Avastin treatment.
