The expression levels of nine miRNAs were detected by real-time RT-PCR and microarray (chip). R represents the Pearson correlation coefficient. The expression levels of the nine miRNAs were in concordance with the normalized microarray data (R>0.9, p<0.05). Every time point was replicated three times using independently collected samples.
