(A) Dose-dependent inhibition of [³H]-glycerol formation in pig brain homogenate after 30 min pretreatment with amyrins, JZL184, JZL184 1 µM + 10 µM WWL70 + 20 µM THL or vehicle, followed by 10 min incubation at 37°C with 10 µM of the 2-AG/[³H]-2-AG mix.
