Differential effects of MR and GR agonists on NF-κB translocation. BV-2 cells were treated with aldosterone or dexamethasone in the presence or absence of 1 μM RU-486 or 1 μM spironolactone for 24 h, followed by analysis of the intracellular localization of p65 by Cellomics ArrayScan HCS imaging system. The ratio between the intensity of nuclear p65 fluorescence and total cellular p65 fluorescence was quantitated.
