TPM represented tags per million. H37Rv (QD) represented the group in which RAW264.7 were treated with H37Rv; BCG (RD) represented the group in which RAW264.7 were treated with BCG. TPM represented tags per million. Symbol, Gene symbol (Brief gene description can be found in Table S2). Results showed that, the expression of some DEGs which involved in recognition and ingestion, complement receptor, cytokine and cytokine receptor, Endosome, Lysosome, lysosomal membrane protein, Lysosomal acid hydrolase and Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis, suggesting that these genes may be the involved in the main host protein which was affected by H37Rv or BCG.
