Altered mRNA levels of other heat shock proteins (Hsps) induced by 2,3,7,8-TCDD. Livers dissected from rats exposed to 30 or 60 µg/kg 2,3,7,8-TCDD for 1, 2, 4, or 8 days were evaluated for changes in mRNA levels of (A) glucose-regulated protein (GRP) 78, (B) Hsp105, and (C) Calreticulin by real-time PCR.
