Normalized ellipticity at 218 nm as a function of time. All samples contain 5 μM peptide in 5 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 8.0 with 40 mM NaF and without ThT. The half-time cannot be compared with the one in the ThT assay because the conditions are not the same (buffer, surface, mixing). Still it is the same trend as with the ThT assay.
