Induced telogen-to-anagen transition by UVB preconditioning. After UVB irradiation, cells (A, B) or CM (C, D) were injected on the back of C3H/HeN mice. (A) Compared with untreated control ASCs, UVB treatment (ASCUVB) significantly accelerated the telogen-to-anagen transition at 14 days. (B) In addition, hair weight was significantly increased in the ASCUVB group at 18 days (n=5 for each group). (C) Compared with ASC-CM, subcutaneous injection of UVB-CM significantly induced the telogen-to-anagen transition at 14 days.
