Clones selected in a yeast two-hybrid experiment using A. parasiticus cDNA as prey and aflJ as bait. All yeast clones were selected on quadruple dropout media. Identification of the putative protein bound to AflJ was by BLAST search against the non-redundant fungal database at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).
