Raw HPLC chromatogram peak areas for the ACP-loaded substrate and sulfonated product were used to calculate the fraction of substrate sulfonated. CurM ST reactions were quenched and analyzed after 5 min and OLS ST after 3 h. Data are mean ± standard deviation from triplicate experiments.
