The characteristics of these participants are described in Table 1. A total of 16 077 participants had the following characteristics and were included in the Physical Functioning analysis: a Physical Functioning enrollment score and a Physical Functioning score available for at least two subsequent time points. Tables 2 and 3 include all participants who submitted a specific Health Survey Short Form–36 at each time point.
