As3+-induced VEGF, but not IL-6 secretion, is JNK dependent. (A) BEAS-2B cells were either untransfected or transfected with 50nM control siRNA (siCon) or JNK siRNA (siJNK) followed by As3+ treatment for the indicated times. IL-6 in the cell culture medium was determined by ELISA. (B) Cells were treated as in (A). The levels of VEGF were determined by ELISA.
