Known molar ratio of protein 1 to protein 2 (nominal) was obtained by preparing the known molar concentration of protein 1 and protein 2 in the same mixed sample.
Molar ratio of protein 1 to protein 2 (calculated) was calculated by the method presented in Table 2 using the amino acid data.
