Lethally irradiated CBA recipients were injected i.v. with 2 × 107 MMC6 pre-sensitized CD8+ B10.BR T cells. 10 days post-BMT, GVHD-target tissue infiltrating CD8+ T cells were isolated and CDR3-size spectratype analysis was performed as described in Materials and Methods. Skewing of bands was defined as an average peak area greater than the average control area plus 5×SD. —, No skewing; +, skewed CDR3-size length. Results were averaged from 3 separate groups of 3-5 mice/group.
