The frequency of activating receptors NKp30 and inhibitory receptors CD158b on NK cells in peripheral blood of 12 healthy controls (HC) and 21 sex and age-matched chronic HBV patients (HBV) (mean ± SEM HBV-DNA 10log 7.5 ± 0.9 IU/mL, ALT 167 ± 96 IU/mL, 9 e-negative Ag) was determined by FACS analysis.
