Values for emotion self-report items represent change in DES ratings from before to after the emotion induction (post-induction – pre-induction). DES ratings were made on a 5-point scale (0 = not at all to 4 = extremely). Values for facial activity represent the percentage of time that the expression was displayed during the induction.
