TRAF6 is ubiquitinated upon C. albicans stimulation and forms a complex with BCL10 and TAK1. WT BMDMs were stimulated with C. albicans hyphae (MOI of 1) for the indicated time points, and the cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with TRAF6 antibody-conjugated agarose. The immunoprecipitates were washed with lysis buffer (A) or lysis buffer containing 1 m urea (B). The immunoprecipitates and cell lysates were probed with the indicated antibodies.
