Table 2.

Percentages of alleles, among 8290 non-singleton alleles at 783 loci, that have given geographic distributions. Each row depicts a possible geographic distribution that an allele can possess, with an X indicating the presence of the allele in a geographic region. The percentage of all alleles with the given distribution is then indicated in the column at right. Only distributions possessed by more than 0.4% of the alleles are shown, in reverse lexical order. The remaining 94 distributions not shown together contain 10.12% of the alleles.
