The cells were synchronized with 1% FBS for 24 h. After that, the cells were released into complete medium (10% FBS) containing 20 µM R2HBJJ for 24, 48, 72 h (A, H1299 cells) or various concentrations of R2HBJJ (2.5–20 µM) for 48 h (B, H1299 cells; C, H157 cells). Cells treated with solvent (DMSO) were used as a control. Cell cycle distribution was determined by using flow cytometric assay. The histograms displayed here were representative of three experiments.
