Table I. Global fit parameters describing the kinetics of A1 oxidation and P700+ reduction at room temperature in vivo.

Global fitting analysis is shown for the optical transient in whole cells of Fud7-P71 and the FN68 mutant. The data have been fitted by the linear sum of exponential functions: Inline graphic, where Inline graphic is a nondecaying component in the time range investigated. The fractional amplitude of the components in the nanosecond range [Inline graphic] at three characteristic wavelengths is calculated as: Inline graphic.
