Expression of OsKu70, OsKu80 and OsLig4 in control, KD-Ku70, KD-Ku80 and KD-Lig4 transgenic rice (Oryza sativa) calli. Total RNA was extracted from 1-wk-old control, KD-Ku70, KD-Ku80 and KD-Lig4 transgenic rice calli. A quantitative PCR analysis was carried out to determine the expression levels of OsKu70 (a), OsKu80 (b) and OsLig4 (c). Relative transcript levels were normalized to OsAct1 mRNA.
