Comparison of QRT-RTPCR results obtained from homonymous tissue samples (B1-bone from concavity, B2-bone from convexity, C1-cartilage from concavity, C2-cartilage from convexity, M1-muscles from concavity, M2-muscles from convexity, blood) between females (n=15) and males (n=5) in group B – Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis , p<0,05 was considered as a statistically significant (nonparametric Mann Whitney U test).
