Examples of corresponding coronal slices of (A) T2-weighted turbo spin echo (T2w-TSE), (B) T1-weighted turbo spin echo (T1w-TSE) and (C) magnetization prepared rapid gradient echo (MPRAGE) image data of sheep brain after convection-enhanced delivery of therapeutic compound mixed with gadolinium.
