Neutralizing antibody responses of individual ewes in the Phase II Group #3 study. These animals received 1 × 10⁴ PFU s.c. of the arMP-12ΔNSm 21/384 vaccine candidate. At necropsy, ewes #56 and #57 were not pregnant and ewe #48 had a dead, partially autolyzed fetus from which PCR products consistent with the input virus were recovered. All other ewes had live, morphologically normal fetuses.
