Fig 5 — Correlation of filamin-A expression status in tumor cells with patient survival. The paraffin-embedded tissue array with breast cancer tissues was performed immunohistochemistry staining with filamin-A antibody and filamin-A expression status was scored following the criteria stated in Material and Method. Panel A shows the plot of survival against years of distant metastasis-free in patients with filamin-A negative tumor and filamin-A positive tumor (p=0.04).
