(D-F) The grafted GDAs sent multiple processes longitudinally to form cellular bridge for the host axons in the injured epi-center. (G-J) The grafted GDAs, which remained GFAP positive astrocytes (H, arrows), didn't express CSPG (I, arrows). The expression of CSPG (H) and GFAP (I) in the injured spinal cord was also dramatically decreased following transplantation of GDAs.
