Numbers in block arrows represent the fold increases in gene expression levels in cilantro soft rot lesions compared with levels in LB culture. Cross-hatched arrows illustrate that the gene was not differentially regulated more than 2-fold. The orientation of block arrows indicates the orientation of transcription.
