The fold change in gene expression between CP9- and CP9 cnf1-challenged bladders was 2.5. All other fold changes in gene expression between CP9 and either mutant failed to reach our requirement for statistical significance.

Fold changes in IFN-γ gene expression are averages of values from two different spots on the microarray. A comparison of each spot across the three treatment groups revealed that the differences in gene expression were not statistically significantly different.
