R5 macrophage-tropic Env+ pseudovirions are more sensitive to neutralization by sCD4 but not VRC01. Mann-Whitney analyses comparing macrophage-tropic and non-macrophage-tropic Env+ pseudovirions for sensitivity to sCD4 and CD4bs MAbs are shown. Only for sCD4 was there a significant difference in sensitivity between macrophage-tropic and non-macrophage-tropic Env+ pseudovirions.
