Secretory profiles of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) derived from young and aged Macaca mulatta. Soluble Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (A), interferon-gamma (B), interleukin (IL)-1β (C), IL-2 (D), IL-4 (E), IL-5 (F), IL-6 (G), IL-8 (H), and IL-10 (I) secreted by these cells were detected by a magnetic multiplex bead array (see Methods section).
