(C) In situ hybridization for Shh RNA in P7 wildtype and Msx2-cre; KrasG12D skin show similar patterns of expression in hair follicle. (D) Western blot of SHH protein (green) and ACTIN loading control (red) for four animals of each genotype. Summary of image densitometry analysis indicates ~25% reduction in SHH protein.
