Influence of citral on the MMP of NB4 cells. NB4 cells were treated by 5 μg citral for 0, 12, 24, 48 h. MMP was estimated by flow cytometry; the 4 diagrammes from left to right stand for the 0, 12, 24, 48 h group, respectively (a). The result showed that the percentage of Rh123-/PI- cells (MMP-decreased cells) increased after the treatment of citral in a time-dependent manner, indicating that citral induce an MMP decrease of NB4 cells in a time-dependent manner (b).
