TNF potentiation of AMD cytotoxicity.

(A) Hepa1c1c7 cells were treated with AMD and TNF at the concentrations indicated. After 48h incubation, the release of LDH was determined as described in Materials and Methods section. (B) Hepa1c1c7 cells were treated with 35µM AMD and/or 3ng/ml TNF, and the release of LDH was measured at the indicated times. Data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA; for Panel B, data were compared within each time point. *Significantly different from the same treatment without TNF. #Significantly different from the same treatment without AMD.
