The Dmax value for each set of compared samples is shown in boldface. This value was used for the calculation of Q. lambda (λ) was calculated from λ = D (mn/m + n)1/2, where m and n are the population sizes of each sample, as detailed in the text. Q was derived by input of λ into table from Hollander and Wolfe (23). The P value was derived by subtraction of Q from 1 (value = 1 − Q). P values of <0.05 are significant.
