The table presents sample Z′ values obtained from several representative experiments (minimum of 16 wells in a 96 well plate and minimum of 27 wells in a 384 well plate per condition) using complete EGM2-MV medium as the positive control and DMEM or EBM (basal) media, or EGM2-MV medium supplemented with vinblastine, suramin, sunitinib or SU5416 as negative controls.
