SOX4 binds to promoters of PI3K-AKT and MAPK8 pathway genes in Ph⁺ ALL. ChIP-on-chip data of human prostate cancer cells for SOX4 binding¹¹ was analyzed (GSE11874) and specific binding at BCL-XL (BCL2L1), MAPK and PI3K/AKT-related loci is shown (A). Specific binding of SOX4 to PIK3R3, MAPK8, BCL2L1, RPS6KA2, and PDK1 promoters in human Ph⁺ ALL cells was verified by single-locus quantitative ChIP (B).
