Map distances (cM) were calculated by recombination frequency (recombinant spores/total spores) × 100. Tetrad data are shown with n, number of complete tetrads. Map distances (cM) were calculated using the Perkins formula (Perkins 1949), and 95% confidence intervals were calculated using the Stahl Laboratory Online Tools website (http://www.molbio.uoregon.edu/∼fstahl/).
