a) U2OS cells were transfected with plasmids encoding X-press tagged version of either wild type or mutants ARF proteins alone or in combination with plasmid encoding human MDM2 protein. Cellular lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti X-press antibody and samples analyzed by immunoblotting with anti MDM2 and ARF antibodies. b) cells were trasfected with myc tagged p32 encoding plasmid and wt and mutants ARF as described in a). Cellular lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti ARF and analysed by IB with anti myc and anti ARF antibodies.
