Evaluation of the LL-mInlA+ invasiveness capacity in non-confluent Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells were co-incubated with NZ9000 and LL-mInlA+ strains during 1 h and then treated with gentamicin for 2 h. Cells were lysed and the number of CFU internalized was measured by plating. **, survival rates were significantly different (One-way ANOVA, Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test, p < 0.05).
