Illustration of a left ear demonstrating a superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SCD) along with measurements made. Measurements included sound pressure in the ear canal (P_EC) with a probe-tube microphone, stapes velocity (V_Stap) and round-window velocity (V_RW) with laser Doppler vibrometry and sound pressures in scala vestibuli (P_SV) and scala tympani (P_ST) measured simultaneously with micro-optical pressure transducers.
