Bim- and Bid-deficient primary LSECs are protected from paracetamol plus TRAIL-induced cell death. Murine LSECs were isolated from wild-type (WT), Bim- (Bim−/−) and Bid-deficient (Bid−/−) mice, were treated with 10 mM paracetamol and 30 ng/ml TRAIL or the combination thereof for 16 h and cell death was visualized microscopically after Hoechst 33342 and PI staining.
